Installation:

JC400 and JC400D are equipped with the external secondary camera, making it flexible in installation. JC400 support dual-channel recording, you can install the main camera on the windshield, and place the sub-camera insides or outsides your vehicle based on your requirements.
The DMS camera of JC400D is recommended to place in the center console on the right side of the driver, so it can detect driver facial expression and behaviors.

JC400P features simple installation. It integrates two cameras in one device. It is fixed on the windshield but enables to rotate the front camera. You are able to install yourself and save installation costs.

Applications:
As an all-in-one product, JC400P road-facing camera can be adjusted up and down, the cabin view camera is not adjustable. It works perfectly when installed in taxis, private cars.

However, as the picture showed, it may cause some problems when applied to the truck.

If you need a truck dash cam, we would recommend JC400 or JC400D. If you want to coach your driver, then JC400D would be the right product.
